Join us for an unforgettable stargazing trekking experience at Fort Puin! This unique adventure combines the allure of trekking in a historical site with the magic of astronomy, offering you the opportunity to explore nature and the night sky in the company of an expert astronomer who will be with us throughout the event.
You will learn to identify constellations, planets, nebulae, and other celestial bodies. Not only that, but you will also have the chance to observe the night sky in detail. Thanks to the astronomer’s explanations, you will discover the secrets of the universe and observe celestial objects that you never imagined seeing.
Evening trekking at Forte Puin. The forts of Genoa had the task of dominating the ancient Republic and defending it from enemy attacks through sightings and we can say, after centuries,
that they did it very well, considering some of them are still well maintained; specifically, there is one that appears to have been erected for just a few decades seeing its current state: we talk about the Forte Puin, located about halfway between Forte Sperone and Forte Diamante.
Since the Puin is in excellent condition, it is accessible for visits: we organize a trekking activity that leads to the fort Puin, starting at sunset from the natural area of the Parco delle Mura,
above Righi, and crossing paths and slopes in the countryside, with the view of the Superba behind.
