Description
Camogli by e-bike features the route of the ancient Via Aurelia, a road of Roman origin from which, traveling along it, it is impossible not to notice enchanting sceneries.
The departure will take place from Genova Nervi in the direction of the Ligurian Riviera di Levante on board our e-bikes.
We will enter the towns of the Golfo Paradiso, namely Bogliasco, Pieve Ligure, Sori and Recco.
Recco is famous for its delicious cheese focaccia and for the celebrations with fireworks that take place on 6-7-8 September each year.
After Recco, we will reach our destination, the splendid Camogli, known for its unmistakable colored facades of the buildings overlooking the sea and its marvelous small port, full of traditional Ligurian ”gozzi” and still frequented by local sailors.
Called ”The city of a thousand white sailing ships”, on the mid-May weekend of each year it hosts the famous Fish Festival, which attracts thousands of people also thanks to the world’s largest pan, frying tons of fish for the people.
A gem for movie fans, Camogli is also one of the towns, together with those of the Cinque Terre, which inspired the settings of the Disney Pixar film ”Luca”, in which it is possible to notice, during the viewing, the local focacceria ”Revello”, one of the most famous in Liguria.
On our way back we will have the opportunity to admire the beauties of the Golfo Paradiso and the city of Genoa. The Tour is made for everybody, with the purpose in mind to enjoy the tour in total safety while having good time!
